THE BUSINESS DOES NOT EXPERIENCE ITS PROBLEMS IN DEPARTMENTS. NEITHER DO WE.
about Agency
The Goode Guide is a strategy, operations, growth, and implementation agency founded by Shanarra Goode, helping founders turn ambitious ideas and evolving businesses into something clear, functional, and scalable.
The Goode Guide was built around a pattern Shanarra kept seeing: strong ideas and capable people were not getting stuck because they lacked ambition. They were getting trapped between unclear direction, disconnected systems, growth without infrastructure, and implementation no one fully owned.
The work did not need another isolated recommendation. It needed someone who could see how the pieces connected and stay long enough to help build the answer. That is what The Goode Guide became: a multidisciplinary agency for founders building something meaningful, complicated, and worth getting right.
WHY THE MODEL IS
MULTIDISCIPLINARY
A growth problem may begin with an offer nobody can explain.
A systems problem may be the result of decisions that were never made.
A platform may be technically possible and still be the wrong product to build.
We bring strategy, operations, growth, and technology into the same conversation because the business already experiences them together. The team changes with the work, but the responsibility stays shared: understand the whole problem, design the right solution, and make sure it can actually be used.

Shanarra Goode
FOUNDER & STRATEGIC LEAD
Hi, I’m Shanarra. I founded The Goode Guide because I got tired of watching people question the value of their ideas simply because those ideas did not look right on paper or fit neatly into the version of success we have been taught to recognize.
I think most of us are twenty different people in one. We have different interests, abilities, experiences, and ideas that do not always make sense inside one clean box. But we are so often made to feel like we have to choose one version of ourselves, explain everything perfectly, or make what we want smaller before anyone will take it seriously. I do not believe we should have to flatten ourselves to build something successful.
I have spent more than a decade working across business strategy, operations, product development, and commercialization. That experience taught me how to look at all the pieces, find the connection between them, and build the structure that allows a complicated idea to become something real.
That is what I do here. I help people see the value in what they already carry, get clear about what they are actually trying to create, and build the strategy, systems, products, and support needed to bring it to life. Your idea does not have to fit inside someone else’s template before it deserves the chance to work.

Oluwaseun Adigun
CHIEF OF STAFF & OPERATIONS LEAD
Hi, I’m Oluwaseun. I lead operations at The Goode Guide, which means I spend a lot of my time taking what we want to do and figuring out how it needs to work behind the scenes.
My role sits between thinking and doing.
I help turn plans into a way of working that the team can actually use, both inside The Goode Guide and in the work we build for clients.
Sometimes that means mapping how a client moves through the business. Other times, it means setting up the systems around that work, tightening a process that has become messy, building workflows to automate parts of it, or making sure the team has what they need to carry the work forward without everything sitting in one person’s head.
I care a lot about making work easier to follow, so I am usually looking for the point where a good idea could get stuck. Then, I work backwards from there and build what is needed to keep it moving.
I bring that same approach to the work we do with clients. Once the strategy is clear, I help make sure there is enough structure behind it for the work to hold.
